Getting started with Sowilo
The mission of Sowilo Disability Services is to create inclusive communities that support good mental health, overall health and wellbeing. We achieve this by offering highly individualised support, person centred supports and encouragement to persons dealing with mental health challenges and various other challenges so they can pursue their NDIS goals and thrive in their communities.
To deliver the best possible care, we need to know a little more about you or your loved one, including what services you are interested in, and how often you would like to receive support. We are also required to obtain the information to meet the NDIS Practice Standards.
